You can make Cream Cheese!
You can’t always make it sunny but you can make it nice.® This recipe for homemade cream cheese is so simple that you’ll have to try it to be convinced.
Mix 1 teaspoon of salt into a 32oz container of your favorite plain Greek non-fat yogurt. Pour into a cheese cloth over a strainer and fold the cloth over the creamy mound. Place a weight on top such as a soup can or a saucer and keep it in the refrigerator for 48 hours.
